Clematis 'Kompliment'

Medium to large pale blue-violet flowers with whitish filaments and yellow anthers.

The Kivistiks list this as a 'Group 3' but, if it is treated as a 'Group 2' it seems to flower semi-double in the spring (see photo 2).
