Clematis 'Lord Napier'

Large, deep violet flowers with a paler bar. Anthers brown-purple. The last listing given by Magnus Johnson for this cultivar is in 1935, Riekstina has it on a list of 77 cultivars introduced into Latvia between 1870 and 1910. It now appears to be lost from cultivation - please contact us if you know otherwise.
