Clematis 'Amethyst Beauty' (Johnson)

Alpina type. Small, nodding, bell-shaped, pale purple-violet flowers (Robin Savill says mauve-red flushed pink) with greenish-cream staminodes. Occasional summer flowers. Originally named 'Ametistina' and not to be confused with 'Amethystina' nor with Amethyst Beauty 'Evipo043' introduced by Raymond Evison in 2010.
