Clematis 'Belyi Gnom'
This cultivar is mentioned by Riekstina in her 1986 book as being raised by Sharonova in 1975. Unfortunately she gives no description of the cultivar. The name apparently means 'white dwarf' and this may or may not tell us something about the flower.
