Clematis 'Gravetye Seedling'

Small pale yellow flowers with brown stamens. The origin of this cultivar is obscure. It is not clear whether it is associated with Gravetye Manor (the home of William Robinson where Ernest Markham was gardener) or perhaps the Ingwersen nursery at Gravetye. Any firm information would be welcomed.
