Clematis 'Jasper'

Large clusters of small, semi-nodding creamy-yellow flowers with recurved tepals. Mildly scented. A seedling of C. potaninii var. fargesii raised by Rinus Zwijnenburg of Holland in 1989. The pollen parent is suspected to have been C. rehderiana.
