Clematis 'Pamina'

Large mauve-white flowers with dark purple-red bars, normally single but occasionally sem-double. Dark red-black anthers. Mr Colin and Mrs Pamela Terry of Tadley, Hampshire, UK gave a plant to grower Jim Fisk just before he retired. It was passed on to Thorncroft Clematis Nursery to trial and introduce which they did at the 2004 Chelsea Flower Show. The name is formed from the names Colin and Pamela; it is not an operatic reference.
