Clematis 'Titipu'

Small, pink, bell-shaped flowers, the tepals yellow-green on the inside. The form was grown from seed donated to the British Clematis Society from Japan (wrongly labelled as texensis) and so was named after the imaginary Japanese setting for the comic opera The Mikado (or The Town of Titipu) by Gilbert & Sullivan.
