Clematis 'Stephanie'

Double, nodding, bell-shaped, pale blue flowers with a white centre. Pale green staminodes. Named after a friend of the raiser.

These are the only photos we have seen of this form as yet. If the raiser's description (pale blue) is correct, and this is indeed a true specimen it seems that we have yet another 'blue' clematis that tends towards the pink in some lights.
