Clematis 'Negritianka'

Really deep purple flowers with reddish-purple anthers. A hybrid of 'Gipsy Queen' x C. viticella raised by M. Orlov, Kiev in 1964. Very free-flowering and easy to grow. Provide a light background for maximum effect. One of the best deep purple clematis I have ever grown. The name 'Negritianka' means 'African Girl' - literally 'negress'.
