Medium, light violet-blue flowers with a deep purple bar. Purple-red anthers. The name means 'Northern Lights'. We list another clematis with an almost identical name ('Severnoie Siianie') bred by M I Orlov and with the same parentage. However the descriptions are quite different and so we assume that the name was used by both breeders.
