Clematis 'Irisevi'

Small yellow flowers with long brown-red filaments and cream anthers. Evergreen: new foliage is brown-red turning pale green with age. Named for the raiser's grandchildren 'Iris' and 'Evi'.

The plant material was received from China in 2004 as C urophylla but rather is thought to be a natural hybrid of C kweichoensis and C repens.
