Clematis 'Debbie Fischer'

Medium sized, semi double, drooping, bell-shaped reddish purple flowers. Cream white stamens, staminodes slightly reddish purple.

The plant is named after Debbie Fischer, owner of the 'Silver Star Vinery' in the USA.
