Clematis 'Yugiri'

Small, nodding or drooping, bell-shaped flowers. Outside pale violet, inside white shading to violet at margins and tips. Filaments greenish white; anthers creamy yellow. Fruit-heads persistent. Leaves brownish when young. Named after one of the characters in the tale of Genji (Genji monogatari, a very old Japanese novel), though it also means "evening mist".
