Clematis 'Regina' (Marczynski)

Large, pale violet flowers with violet-purple anthers on cream filaments. The tepals have a delicate lilac bar along the mid-rib that fades with time.

This form is not the same as 'Regina' (Franczak); it would appear that Brother Stefan re-used the name for this later cultivar. For the moment we are calling this form "'Regina' (Marczynski)" in recognition of the fact that it has been released into the trade by Szczepan Marczynski.
