Clematis SAPHYRA DOUBLE ROSE 'Cleminov29'

Medium sized flowers, upper surface light purple with flashes of strong reddish purple along the bar, underside light purple shading to deep reddish purple in centre and towards base,. Dark red anthers. Despite the name, this cultivar has single, not double, flowers.
