Clematis 'Lady Kyoko'

Medium sized, double flowers, inside with light purple veins suffusing a white ground and with a white bar, outside light purple with 3 prominent, red-purple midribs overlying white bar. Sometimes slightly scented. Named after the raiser's daughter, Kyoko.
