Clematis 'Tim's Passion'

Small, nodding, bell-shaped, purple-blue flowers with a whitish bar towards the base; outside whitish over purple-blue ground. Whitish anthers on green-yellow filaments. Fruit heads persistent. The form is named in memory of Tim Powell, a landscape gardener and designer.
