Clematis 'Vancouver Sea Breeze'

Large, flat or flattish light reddish-purple flowers turning paler and bluer with age. Deep purple-pink mid-rib ageing to pale purple. Yellowish white filaments, anthers pale yellow, connectives have a dark spot at the tip. Fruit heads persistent.
