Clematis 'Cloudburst'

Medium to large flowers. Purple veins over a white ground, except near base (where sepals white), or along upper margins (where purple colour suffuses blade), or towards top of central bar (where veins stronger, red-purple); bar shows whiter in older flowers. Creamy yellow filaments with connectives and anthers dark purple.
