Clematis 'Claudius' [koreana 'Citra']

Small, drooping, bell-shaped, white flowers with a hint of lemon and purple shading at the base of the tepals. Veined in pale pink. Greenish-cream staminodes with a purple tinged vein. This cultivar was originally renamed 'Citra' but later renamed 'Claudius' after the Roman Emperor.
