Clematis 'Ryusei'

Medium-sized, slightly scented flowers, inside very pale purplish blue with greyish violet/dark purple speckles and veining (especially towards tip), outside light violet and with prominent midribs. Filaments white at base, shading to pale violet towards top; connectives violet-black; anthers white. The name means "meteor" or "meteor shower" in Japanese.
