Clematis 'Sander'

Small campanulate hyacinth-like flowers, later becoming star-shaped. The tepals are very pale blue on the outside. Inside, the tepals are white, edged in blue. Raised by Rinus Zwijnenburg of Holland in 1991. 'Sander' is a seedling of potaninii var. fargesii, Wim Snoeijer suspects the pollen parent to have been C. heracleifolia.
