Clematis 'Scartho Gem'

Deep pink flowers with a darker bar. Pinkish-red anthers on white filaments. Large, semi-double flowers early in the year; smaller, paler, single later. Named after Scartho a village near Cleethorpes, UK where Pennell's have a nursery at which this variety was raised.
