Clematis 'Lovely Elga'

Medium-sized, semi-double, broadly bell-shaped, nodding flowers. Outside purple, tinged purple-red along the base of the mid-veins and with narrow, pale pink margins. Inside pale purple-pink. Staminodes pale pink. Filaments and pollen pale yellow. Named after the raiser's sister-in-law.
