Clematis patens subsp. tientaiensis 'Qing Kong'

Medium sized, flat or flattish, white flowers suffused blue-purple especially along the veins, tinged green-white at the extreme base and tips. Filaments pale yellow-green, connectives maroon, anthers white. Seed heads persistent.
