Clematis 'Polonia Restituta'

Large, flat or flattish velvety, maroon flowers with a reddish bar. Filaments pale purple, anthers yellow. Seed heads persistent.

The Order of Polonia Restituta (in English it translates to Order of the Rebirth of Poland) is a Polish State Order which was established on 4th February 1921.
