Clematis 'Taoyao'

Medium to large white flowers with a vivid red-purple bar which becomes less intense away from its centre and from the base of the tepal, and which fades with maturity. Flowers semi-double on old growth, single on new. Filaments pale yellow-green; connectives orange-yellow; anthers creamy white.
