Clematis 'Burford Variety'

Deep yellow, nodding, bell-shaped flowers containing dark brown stamens with yellow-brown anthers. Raised at Burford House and introduced c.1980. The tepals open only incompletely giving a very rounded shape to both buds and flowers. Fruit-heads persistent.
