Clematis JOSEPHINE 'Evijohill'

Large double flowers, lilac-pink with a deeper pink bar on both old and new wood. Rather strange green flowers are sometimes produced if it is planted in shade. Originally bought by Mrs. Josephine Hill as an unnamed plant in 1980. Introduced by Raymond Evison at the 1998 Chelsea Flower Show. In our experience, this is quite a variable form dependant on growing conditions.
