Clematis afoliata

Small nodding greenish-yellow to white flowers with cream stamens. Male and female flowers are borne on different plants. Introduced from New Zealand in 1908, this species has no true leaves and for this reason is often called the rush-stemmed clematis. RHS Award of Merit in 1915.
