Clematis 'Ilka'

Large pale bluish-lilac flowers with a paler stripe along the centre of the tepals. Contrasting purple stamens. A beautiful cultivar raised by Uno Kivistik of Estonia in 1981. ('Nelly Moser' x mixed pollen)
