Clematis uncinata var ovatifolia
White scented flowers with yellow anthers. A compact variety of C. unicata from Japan with smaller, more rounded foliage than the type. Needs a sunny, sheltered position.
The International Clematis Register and Checklist does not distinguish between forms of uncinata though some nurseries and growers do.
