Clematis 'Kozetta'

Medium sized, single, violet blue flowers tinged violet and with a paler bar. Outer surface of sepals, pale violet-blue. Filaments white, tinged purple, and pale yellow anthers. The young growth has a tendency towards brown or red. The cultivar is named after a character in a Victor Hugo novel.
