Clematis ARCTIC QUEEN 'Evitwo'

Double white flowers with cream stamens. The double flowers are produced both on old wood at the beginning of the season and often on new wood later, (although the International Clematis Register and Checklist suggests that this second flowering may produce only semi-double flowers.
