Clematis 'I Brygady Legionow'
This cultivar is listed in a Polish book in 1987 and by by Riekstina in 1990 (under 'Pervoj Brygady Legionow') as a Wladyslaw Noll cultivar, but no further information is given. Many Noll cultivars were lost when he died because they had not been distributed widely. Apparently it was said to be similar to 'Niobe' and 'Obroncow Westerplatte' which would imply deep red or purple-red flowers.
