Clematis 'Ruugitto Yellow'
Japanese large-flowered variety, tepals yellow. Anthers yellow. Frankly we doubt the accuracy of the description "yellow". A yellow large-flowered clematis is the "holy grail" of breeders. To the best of our knowledge it has not yet been found!
