Clematis 'Miniseelik'

Masses of flowers, opening bright red with a white stripe. Tepals later fading to purplish-red, with the white stripe veined in red. Greenish-yellow anthers on white filaments. 'Miniseelik', meaning 'Miniskirt' was raised by Uno Kivistik of Estonia in 1982. A seedling of 'Jubileinyj-70'.
