Clematis PALETTE 'Evipo034'

Flowers with blue-mauve edges that fade to white. Blue veins, black anthers. A member of the Evison/Poulsen® 'Festoon' Collection. Not to be confused with the van Zoest cultivar also given the trade designation PALETTE.
