Clematis 'Starfish' (US)

Large white flowers with a pink tinge having pink anthers on white filaments. Named by Polly Hill and probably introduced into the US trade by Steffen in New York.

This appears to be the 'original' form of this cultivar. The 'Starfish' sold in the UK and Germany is clearly not the same form.
