Clematis 'Dedication'

Tulip-shaped flowers, dark purple-red inside, almost white outside. Dark stamens. The form first flowered in 2002, the year when Queen Elizabeth II celebrated a 50 year reign; the 'royal' colouring of the flower suggested the name.
