Clematis 'Olimpiada-80'

Large bright mauve-red flowers with yellow anthers. Another of the many excellent varieties raised by M.A. Beskaravainaja at the State Nikitsky Botanic Garden, Crimea, Ukraine. Raised in 1973, named later to commemorate the 1980 Moscow Olympics. (According to Magnus Johnson in Slaktet Klematis 'Madame van Houtte' x 'Madame Edouard André + 'Candida').
