Clematis 'Hakuba' (Hayakawa c2008)
A double, pale blue cultivar mentioned in a talk by A Kaneko to the International Clematis Society in 2008; we are seeking further details. It seems to be a different cultivar than 'Hakuba' (Hayakawa 1973) which is single.
