Clematis 'Monsieur Blanchet'
This cultivar, if it ever existed, is quoted as one of the parents of C 'Madame Abel Chatenay' in a 1902 journal (Journ. Soc. Nationale d'Horticulture de France). It is probably an error for 'Docteur Blanchet' or 'Président Blanchet'.
