Clematis 'Seizan' (Oikawa)
Mentioned in a talk by A Kaneko to the International Clematis Society in 2008; we are seeking fuller details. Apparently the original pictorial characters of the name can be translated as 'Seizan' or 'Haruyama'. This is not the same as 'Haruyama' (pre-1999).
