Clematis tangutica 'Pinwheel'

"Large, lemon-yellow, lantern-like blooms." Sold in 2008 as seed by Suttons Seeds in the UK. This is not a registered form of tangutica and the description on the Suttons website is curiously contradictory: "climber or ground cover" and "height 31-40cm". Most tangutica grow to a height of several metres.
