Clematis 'Maria Basescu'

Small, nodding or drooping, bell-shaped, violet-blue flowers. Staminodes white, sometimes tinged blue. Filaments yellow-white; anthers yellow. Named after the First Lady of Romania, married to President Traian Basescu.
