Clematis 'Stefan Franczak'

Small to medium, intense blue flowers with paler bar shading almost to white at base. Filaments white; connectives blackish dark green; anthers pale yellow. Fruit-heads not persistent.

Named after the Polish Jesuit monk (1917-2009) who was one of the leading clematis breeders of the 20th century
