Clematis 'Smart Ina Bell'

Small, nodding, urn-shaped flowers; inside white with light greenish yellow tip (especially along margins), outside light purple turning white towards tip. Filaments white, downy towards top; anthers creamy white. "Ina" is believed to refer to the city of that name in Nagano Prefecture, Japan.
