Clematis 'Blue Gloss'
A cultivar with this name was granted a US Plant Patent in February 2016. It bears similarities to the Bolinder cultivar marketed as 'Ellen' by F.M. Westphal's nursery, so enquiries are being made to see if it is indeed the same plant.
